Day 5

Friday 16th March

I had such a good sleep last night.  I woke up about half past eight and after breakfast played outside in my play house.  I had some important sorting to do.

I had a wonderful surprise at lunch time ... AGAIN.  Mummy was inside Nanny's computer... How does she do it.   Nanny said it was Skype.   I was just eating my vegetable spaghetti and there she was.  I was really  excited to see her and Mummy was pleased to see me because she was smiling a lot.  Daddy was pleased to see Mummy too.  Nanny took a photo.

Tomorrow Daddy is taking me to a theater.  I don't know what that is but Daddy said I would be having fun and seeing Elmo.  We needed tickets to get in and so do Mummy's friends who are going too.  Daddy started to print out the tickets on his computer but didn't have enough paper so we all got into the car and went to the shops.   I was feeling very special and decided to wear my best head band... I took Teddy and 'Storm Boy' and an old balloon with me.  We got some paper and other things and then went back home.  Daddy said that the lady at the coffee shop said I was very cute..

Daddy was going to take me to the park again in the afternoon but it started to rain.  Boo Hoo... 

It's Poppy's birthday next week so Nanny sent a card from everyone at Melbourne...The Melbourne Mob.   I hope that includes Mummy as well.   Nanny should have written from the Melbourne and Perth Mob I think..... I wonder how old Poppy is.... Older than 20 I think..

Daddy and Nanny were very busy during my dinner time... Daddy was on the phone a lot talking to people and Nanny was helping Poppy with that Skype thing.  Poppy couldn't get it right and got cross.  Nanny said to turn it off and walk away.  What IS this Skype thing???  I wish I knew.  

That's about it for today.  I am really tired and looking forward to tomorrow....  Nighty Night...
